Biography

Dr. Chang Ye is currently an Assistant Professor and Presidential Young Scholar in the Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

He is currently in charge of the construction and operation of the SRILS AI Computing Platform, dedicated to building an intelligent computing foundation for next-generation life science research. Dr. Ye has over 15 years of deep interdisciplinary experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) architecture, large-scale multi-omics data analysis, and systems biology. Building upon his profound academic background in nucleic acid modification sequencing and single-cell omics analysis, he leads a team integrating cutting-edge AI algorithms and computing resources to provide core technical support for biomolecular characterization and functional innovation at the institute.
