Biography

Yu Xiao is a Young Investigator in the Department of Chemistry at Fudan University, an Affiliated Investigator at the Sycamore Research Institute of Life Sciences, Shanghai, and a PhD supervisor. She received her PhD degree from Peking University and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Chicago. Her research focuses on functional characterization of chromatin-associated non-coding small RNAs and the development of novel omics technologies. She has published eight research articles as first author or co–first author in leading international journals, including Nature Methods, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Neuroscience, and Angewandte Chemie International Edition. She participated in one authorized patent that has been successfully translated.
